Name: Women's Intention Convention
Content: The Intention Convention is designed exclusively by women for women. The content of the convention is based on the ideas and principles expressed in the book CHOOSE! The Role That Choice Plays in Shaping Women's Lives by Dottie Gandy and Marsha Clark (Brown Books Publishing, 2004). Over an event-filled, two-plus day period you will be immersed in a highly interactive, experiential learning environment led by some very successful women -- women who have learned how to enhance relationships, careers, or essential goals by applying the principles and techniques offered in the book. During the convention you will participate with other women -- in breakout sessions, over meals, in your free time -- to gain clarity and intention about the choices you are now facing as well as how you can support one another as you go forward in living out these choices. It is very likely that during this convention you will make associations and relationships that you will value and cherish for many years to come. This convention will be highly relevant to every woman regardless of her career and life choices: businesswomen, educators, health care professionals, public servants, mothers at home, women in the military, and women who have chosen a religious path.

    Convention Attendee Fees: Early Registration (Before February 16, 2005): $500 per attendee
    Normal Registration (After February 15, 2005): $550 per attendee

    Registration Fees include:
    • Attendance at all keynote presentations
    • Participation in breakout sessions in the morning and afternoon of April 1 and 2
    • Meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner on April 1 and breakfast and lunch on April 2
    • Workshop materials covering presentations and breakout sessions
    • Access to chair massages on Friday night, April 1, and a Saturday morning yoga session on April 2
    • Access to Choose! Gift Shop where books, CDs, and other convention mementos will be sold
    • Access to 250 fabulous women!
    Hotel Reservations: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Hotel for Intention Convention attendees. Contact the hotel directly to make reservations. Be sure to mention that you will be attending the Intention Convention to receive the convention's discounted rate of $80 (plus tax and service fees) for either single or double room occupancy.
